Kristin Ellsworth serves as the Advancement Administrative Assistant, supporting the daily operations of the fundraising office by providing high-level administrative and logistical support to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement (VP) and the team.
Kristin brings more than fifteen years of experience in higher education administration, operations, program management, and student success. She spent nearly a decade at Capella University, where she held several roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as an Advising Leader overseeing a fifteen-person professional advising team. Throughout her career, Kristin has developed a strong reputation for improving processes, coordinating complex projects, supporting teams, and helping organizations operate more effectively.
She holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
