Ken Fox, School of Business professor of critical thinking and conflict management, presented "Expanding Conflict Insights: Using Multiple Perspectives to Inform Mediator Practice" to a group of 75 federal court mediators from the Southern District of New York.
The seminar examined how differences in the ways mediators understand conflict change their practice and influence how parties come to understand their own conflict situations.
